With over ten years’ experience in HR leadership, organisational development, and building inclusive creative workplaces across the UK and US, Ayo helps organisations strengthen their people practices with clarity, care, and cultural awareness. They also provide bespoke advice for artists and arts workers navigating complex creative work environments.
